Rad rented a kayak from outdoor rec. Saturday and took the kids one by one in the kayak. Stephanie started it off and when we went to meet them to swap out, she was so excited about seeing some manatee when they were in the lagoon. She got to touch one and said it was kind of rough. Jessica went next and they noticed a sign asking that you not feed or touch them so she didn't touch them. Rad said Jessica was a little freaked out by them because they came right up to the kayak. Becca enjoyed the experience too. Ben had a blast with it. When Rad took the girls, they rode in front of him when it was Ben's turn, he sat in front of Ben, in a reclined position and looked like he was chillaxin'. Rad was tired by the end of the day. I would guess he spent about 6 hours out there paddling around the lagoon with the kids. Everyone slept quite well last night.
