Ski Trip

Rad took the kids skiing. Overall it was a good day. At the end of the day, Rad fell and hurt himself. He felt like he broke a rib. He ended up in the emergency room. When I got out of work on turned on the locations app to see where they were. I never thought it was he who was hurt. I thought it was one of the girls. Stephanie had been with him. I picked up some dinner for the kids and went to the hospital to relieve Stephanie of "Dad Duty."

Saturday Sampler

I had all but 4 blocks made a year ago. The blocks have been sitting. You want to know why? I was hesitant to sew them together because these blocks range from 6" to 24". The directions said to sew a 1/4" seam. I sewed a scant 1/4" seam. I expected this to be a huge headache to put together. It actually worked out just fine. I had a couple of blocks that I had to work a little more with, but overall, it was smooth sailing.
