Our travels on Sunday led us to Hurst, TX to visit with a cousin of Rad's grandmother. She treated us to lunch at Luby's and then we went back to her house and she and Rad looked through pictures she had, newspaper clippings and information that had been gathered for their family history. He shared some pictures he had with her. It was a pleasant Sunday afternoon.Here they are looking at her album.
The kids humored themselves by taking pictures of each other, playing in the backyard, coloring or playing games. They were so good during the visit and didn't question once "how much longer." I guess they understood it was a visit with family and you don't cut those short.Taken in the backyard. Loved the green at her house.
