He was happy to finally have a license in his hands. He had an appointment on Thursday at the DMV. We waited for 2 hours and then had to leave. After an hour, he went to the desk to find out what was going on and the guy gave him a paper where he wrote his name and the time of the appointment and had him sit down again. After the second hour passed, he went to the desk to say he had to leave and someone that worked at one of the window stations was there and said to come back the next day, go to her window and she would get him processed. I was grateful when we walked in Friday morning and the line to check in had 20+ people that we could just go to her window. I'm guessing it is busy as people stop on their way to work and maybe that it was the first day of the month played into it too.
Ben would probably like you to know that the person that tested him said he was the only person in a few weeks to get a perfect score. The ego grew a bit yesterday.
