My mother came to visit during Spring Break. Her first full day here, Ben had an appointment with the orthodontist in the morning and the twins had an appointment in the afternoon. We filled a couple of free hours with time at the beach.
The week before break we hit 90. Most of her visit, we were mid-60s to low 70s. The beach was still nice. It helped that the sand was warm. The water was cold but the kids didn't go to swim, they went to get some sun. Ben enlightened my mother with his theory of how being tired makes you pale. He lost his tan to seminary.
