I went to my first dining out with Rad. I've gone to a couple of banquets with him and this is definitely different. It was a fun night and nice to see some other wives that I've met at girls night out or cookouts at his boss's house.This next picture is of Becca after she came home from camp. She fell asleep on the couch for a couple of hours.
We took a super fast trip to see my mom be baptized. That was a neat experience. The kids have had discussions on how lucky she is to be baptized now because older people don't do stupid things.
My mom is taking care of her friends dog, Lusha, while she has been in the hospital and a rehabilitation facility for physical therapy. Note that Lusha looks content being held by Becca.

Band camp started today for Ben. Friday night he is playing the National Anthem at a ball game and the marching band gets to stay and watch. Aug. 5th is really the last day of band camp for them and they will perform for the families. The following day the marching band is going to Universal Studios. School starts the follow Monday. How crazy is that?
