This year we had four gingerbread houses. The kids have had their own ideas on what to do in the past couple of years and while they are very good about working together on a design, I thought it would be fun to have a Gingerbread Wars. We ended up with two houses collapsed. Jessica's collapsed while she was putting a window on. I'm not sure what Stephanie was doing when hers went down but it brought a lot of laughs. It is tradition that they get to eat the gingerbread house on Christmas day. This year, for the twins, they got to start a little earlier.
The picture on the page with the two houses, the one on the left is Bens and the one on the right is Becca's. They both turned out really well. Rad liked that Becca had a tree behind her window frame.
