For my birthday/Christmas present this year I got a scanner that is able to scan negatives. I got my first digital camera August of 2005 so I have 10-1/2 years of negatives to scan. Last night I finally loaded the software so I could use the scanner. It takes me about 45 min. to an hour to get a roll of film scanned. Of course, I'm not just sitting here the whole time so perhaps it would be faster if I were. This is one of the things I wanted to do before we move so that should something happen to the physical negatives, we have a digital copy.
The first roll of film I did was from April 2004. I'm posting 2 pictures from then and 2 from now.

So, five years later we are still doing the same things they are just older now.
