I started organizing sewers for masks towards the end of March for health care professionals and senior centers. I wound up recruiting five other sewers for this. Members from my DAR chapter also sewed masks on their own. With my group and the chapter, we sewed over 2,000 masks in two months.
I've moved on from the masks now and must say that if a friend or family member asked me to sew them some, I would but inside I might groan a little.
