Early in March Becca and I signed up to go to a local paint bar to paint a lighthouse. We had a good time doing it and she was impressed by how quickly the time went and easy it was to paint a picture like this. I noted that it was harder to paint this than previous things I've painted. Someone that works there said that nature is always harder and more stressful. I didn't find it stressful but it was harder than others where the color can just be put on freely. The interesting thing is these paintings always look better from a distance than up close when you are painting them.
