There were two officers with their guns drawn. It seemed like they were there for quite some time. Eventually this guy came over our wall and was about to jump into our backyard when they came around the corner and yelled to him. He hightailed it over the fence and the two officers went after him. I thought he got away but low and behold, the got their guy. Crazy experience to observe though.
