Aunt Beth's Visit

Aunt Beth arrived on Wednesday, Dec. 11th.  We got back from the airport a little bit before everyone else came home from youth/Cub meetings at church.  The days were spent running errands, picking up gifts for Roundtable, grocery shopping, etc.  The nights and weekends were when the action happened.  On Thursday night, Ben had his concert (above picture).  Friday night was Becca's Coffee House.   Saturday she went to the quilt shop with me to pick up the last block for my Saturday Sampler.  Then we all went to see the movie Frozen.  We went to the beach in the afternoon.

Sunday we went to Kissimee to see my cousin's daughter perform in a national cheer leading competition.  We thought it went from 9-12.  It ended up lasting until 2pm.  Her group did a good job, but they didn't place in their division.

Her last night with us we went to see the Christmas lights at the park and had hot chocolate.  Tuesday morning I took her to the airport so she could head home to another snow storm.  Fortunately all went well with her flight and she got in on time.  She told me it took her longer to get home from the airport due to traffic than it did for her to fly from Florida to Massachusetts.
