The Space Shuttle Discovery took off this morning for Washington DC. They did a flyover at Cape Canaveral and by the base. They took off 10 minutes earlier than scheduled.
Fortunately, they looped around so you had a second chance to see it and get some pictures. Traffic was backed up on the causeway due to people wanting to see it.
