iPod Surgery

Ben's friend upgraded and didn't want her iPod Touch and offered it to Ben for $10. He scooped it up. It worked well with the exception of a quarter-size circle where the screen was blacked out.

Rad looked into how to fix it, bought the materials and gave it a go. I think he spent several hours just getting the back off. Once the back was off, he had about 15 of these little screws to unscrew to begin surgery.
Any iPod gurus out there? It hasn't turned on since the screen was changed out. Hopefully it is just something isn't connecting that should be or maybe something is touching that shouldn't be. Hopefully Rad will come across something online and realize what needs to be done to make it work again. It was a good project for a couple of nights though.
