Mother's Day & Piano Recital

I came to the kitchen Mother's Day to find that Becca had left me a card, sliced strawberries and a whole lot of cinnamon muffins.  Yum!  Love that she added some flowers for presentation.

Ben bought be flowers, a pen/pencil set and caramel wafers that HE loves with a funny Garfield card.  Steph and Jess made me some tissue paper flowers.  Such a nice day.

Friday night was the piano recital.  Only Becca and Stephanie were in the recital from our clan.  Jessica stopped her lessons a few months ago to focus on the french horn and plans to pick it back up in the fall.  Ben stopped a about a month ago because he feels he has learned all he can for.  He actually got to play the piano for Sacrament meeting today.  Our organist was out of town and her back-up wasn't available, so she asked Ben to play.  He did really well.
