Two of her wisdom teeth were partially in, the other two haven't made an appearance, however, she opted to get it over with and have all four removed at the same time. Due to this, the procedure will be a little more painful than a typical extraction because they had to cut into her gums to extract the other two.
She spent her day putting ice on and off and relaxing on the couch. She had some yogurt, pudding and a smoothie for nourishment.
Rad came to pick us up after PT because Ben had my van. Becca's extraction was at 8 and Ben had an appt. on the other side of town at 8:30. It ended up that Ben was able to pick us up but it was really nice to have Rad there to assist Becca to the van when we left.
The youth had an activity last night to tour the Bishops' Storehouse in Orlando. Becca really wanted to go. I ended up going with them and she did fine. She was due for some pain killer shortly after we arrived but she wanted to wait until the end. Those that knew she had her wisdom teeth were impressed with her for being there.
The next two pictures were shared with me from one of the leaders.
Today she woke up and said she wasn't feeling any pain. I suggested she take a Motrin and see how she feels later. If she feels she needs it, she can take one, if not, just take care of her mouth. She did VERY well!
